Yo!

I’m JeQuavius Pope, aka Kuhway, an Atlanta-based artist. Inspired by animated media classics such as 90's Toonami and Bebe’s Kids. 

My style blends diverse mediums, including acrylics, digital tools, animation, graphite, clay, and pastels. I enjoy everything from clean vector designs to expressive brushwork, but I’m currently focused on murals, illustrations, and animation.

Since earning my Fine Arts degree in 2018, I’ve built a career freelancing and working with clients like Nike, What’s Your Gusto!, and the Pinky Cole Foundation. Highlights include becoming a published illustrator, winning the Denis Diderot [A-i-R] Grant, and completing the 2023 Château d’Orquevaux residency in France.
